2008: KSM is converted into a limited liability company
1010: KSM takes over both buildings and production company of Rail-Service A/S
2012: KSM takes over EJ Danpol in Poland
2016: EJ Danpol changes name to KSM Poland
2017: On August 1, owner duo Jesper Vinther and Poul Arne Kloster acquire 100% shares in KSM and 90% shares in KSM Poland
